FIVE WEEK PROGRAM DESIGN



Confused about designing a personal fitness program?  Can’t afford to hire a trainer? 
Need a solution?...Look no further. 

After completing a personalized thirty-minute coaching session, Eric will have enough information to implement a five week exercise program tailored specifically for your goals.  



 

** HOW THE PROCESS WORKS **

  • The first step is completion of a Health History Questionnaire, Written Consent and EPC Fitness Agreement Form (these will be e-mailed to you).
  • After paperwork clearance is fulfilled, a FREE live one to one on-camera half hour meeting with Eric is scheduled to discuss your individualized program design.
  • Once a meeting is set in stone, a fee of $50.00 is due BEFORE your online session. Payments can be made via check written out to EPC Fitness, money order or Pay-Pal.  (If prior payment is not received before a scheduled session, your program design is withheld and your online meeting is canceled).
  • After payment process is complete, your written program design will be e-mailed to you fifteen minutes before your scheduled online session.  (Downloads for i-Chat and Skype available below -- If you don't have a web-cam, phone service is available).
  • Cancellations MUST be made within 24 HOURS of your scheduled on camera meeting.
  • After five weeks, programs can be updated for the same fee listed above.
