Before beginning an exercise program, a FREE consultation with Eric is recommended.  He will discuss your goals, investigate present fitness levels and limitations, plan what is appropriate and then take action!  During this exploration, fitness testing is administered (as long as the health history screening process is clear.)  These tests examine upper and lower body strength, flexibility, body composition, posture and cardiovascular levels.  Once a fitness baseline is established, Eric is ready to design the right program for you.  Remember, crawl before you can walk and walk before you can run.
